Returns Policy

All returned or repair items must be safely packed as to not break or damage the item in transit back to The Luxury Upgrade (ROCK DLC). In order to complete a return of any item for your money back, the item must be in original and unused and not broken condition, with all plastics, tags, wrapping, boxes, booklets and other original box content attached, unbroken/unopened and included in the return. Items returned without the previously mentioned contents and stipulations will be refused and not refunded any dollar amount. Returns are available for 7 calendar days after the receipt of the item according to the associated tracking number or verification process. Watches that are eligible for this 7 day return policy will mention it on their listing product information page. Rolex or other watches that do not qualify for returns will omit the return information on the listing page or be otherwise noted or described as non-returnable as described below: 


Any watches or products purchased over $10,000, Rolex Custom PVD-DLC models, and/or other items which are specifically listed as "non-returnable" or "not returnable" and are all also a final sale.


Shipping charges will be deducted from returns as well ($5-$50)


Goods must be returned via a traceable carrier, such as FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), with insurance, signature and delivery to The Luxury Upgrade at its designated return destination.


In order to maintain the our competitive pricing and quality, there are no returns or cancellations on International orders and we only allow 1 exchange per customer.

Any Layaways or items that have been discounted less than advertised price are a final sale.
